To improve our search and the relevance of our assortment, we will impose certain limitations on the number of products you can create in your store.
How does it work?
Click on Settings > Manage products
Sellers will be assigned a level determined by their sales over the past 90 days. The more you sell, the more new products you can create. Each level has a maximum number of active products allowed. Please see the following table: a new seller at level G has a limit of 5000 SKUs:
When the limit is reached, the system will display the following message:
“You have reached your product creation limit. Please refer to the product creation limits table or contact support.”
At this stage, you can take the following steps:
- Increase sales by optimizing product content, checking customer needs, and participating in promotions, in order to level up and obtain more active SKUs.
- Remove low-volume, low-performance products to make room for the creation of new products.
