- Inbound your best selling products to the warehouse.
- Provide enough product inventory for up to 30 days.
- Only inbound high quality products to the warehouse.
- Make sure your product prices are competitive.
Customers will love their experience and, this is the key element to be one of the top sellers, which will in return increase your sales rate.

Important terminology related to JUMIA Express
Field Name | How to read it |
PO Number | Given to you by JUMIA when your order is confirmed |
You can find it in the Vendor Center | |
Products-JUMIA Express-Send to warehouse-Show details (In front of any Purchase Order) | |
JUMIA SKU | It is your product’s reference number, you can find it in the Vendor Center and on the JUMIA website |
Item Reception date | The date JUMIA received the product related to this SKU in the Purchase Order |
Stock Planned | The stock of each product planned for delivery |
Not Received by JUMIA | When you or your representative deliver the package to JUMIA’s warehouse and JUMIA discovers a difference between what was expected and what was delivered |
This could be due to: | |
1- Some products were missed during shipping | |
2- Some products didn’t pass the quality check and therefore could not be received | |
Delivered | Products that have been delivered to the client |
In Stock Sellable Stock | Stock from a product that wasn’t delivered to the clients, 22 stock available for the clients to order |
Received not in stock | Products already available at JUMIA’s warehouse but not ready to order by the client |
This could be due to the fact that the product delivery to the client failed and is waiting for restocking to sell again | |
In transit forward to customers | The products are on their way to the clients, whether they have been shipped or on their way with the delivery representative |
In transit reverse to vendor | The products are on their way to return to the seller whether due to being faulty or due to a return request |
Returned to vendors | The product has been returned to the seller |
Damaged Lost | The product has been lost or damaged and you will be compensated for it |
Defective | The product has been categorized as defective and will be returned to the seller |
